The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 21.03.2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ist, Supaul in Kishanpur P.S. Case No.148 of 2014 whereby and whereunder took cognizance under Sections 366(A), 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POSCO Act.

It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.
