The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.
The police on informant that the accused of Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 161 of 2014 came to the house of Kaushlendra and resorted to firing. The police reached to the house of Kaushlendra then Kaushlendra threw the rifle and escaped along with other accused persons including the petitioners.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7820 of 2015 (02) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that neither the accusation of firing is specific against the petitioners nor there is any recovery from the petitioners. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 164 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
