From the house, Dalan of the petitioner, 729.510 litres of foreign wine (Indian origin) alongwith two Katta (fire arm) have been seized as well as there has been apprehension of the petitioner and one Lalit Narain Singh. However, it found contradicted from column no.2 of the seizure list which divulges recovery from a hut belonging to Mahesh Kumar and fire arm without any cartridge having no criminal antecedent as per para3 of the petition and is under custody since 17.1.2020.
