The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 457 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner that he has tried to outrage the modesty of a girl and assaulted her, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.
