JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,332,337,323,307,427,504 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Prevention to Damage of Public Property Act.

It is alleged that the police went to rescue a woman who was kept by the villagers in safe custody when 80-100 people attacked on the police personnel when the police personnel sustained injury. It is further alleged that the police jeep was damaged and the road was blocked and thereby the police was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9845 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 obstructed to perform public duty.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general and considering the same co accused has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 1932 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 279 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
