The Petitioner seeks bail in Gaurichak P.S.

Case No. 69 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 447, 354, 354(A), 504, 506, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner threw some letter in the house of the informant and also made firing. It is further alleged that this petitioner wanted to perform marriage with the daughter of the informant. In this manner, vague and omnibus allegation has been made.

In the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19799 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
