Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected with certain observation vide order dated 16.11.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.48876/17.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 20.08.2016 and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is ready to abide by the condition imposed by this Court.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 1st, Ara,in Dhangai P.S.Case No.18 of 2017 subject to the conditions that (1) one of the bailors must be a
