2. The present MJC application has been filed for
Patna High Court MJC No.658 of 2025(3) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 restoration of MJC No. 3105 of 2024, which was dismissed for non compliance of the peremptory order dated 10.01.2025 and the same was filed for restoration of CWJC No. 1145 of 2023, which was also dismissed due to non compliance of the peremptory order 31.08.2023.
3. In view of the grounds mentioned in MJC No. 658 of 2025, the same is allowed, and MJC No. 3105 of 2024 is restored to its original file. Accordingly, the MJC No. 3105 of 2024 is also allowed and CWJC No. 1145 of 2023 is restored to its original file.
4. Counsel further submits that the mistake has taken place on his part, and by way of acknowledging and remembrance of his mistake, he offers to deposit Rs. 501/- (Five Hundred One Rupees only) in the Barristers' Association of the Patna High Court.
5. It is made clear that the peremptory time granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.08.2023 passed in CWJC No. 1145 of 2023 is hereby extended for further two weeks, counting from today.
