Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

There is recovery of 16.20 litres of Indian made foreign liquor from the a Maruti Dzire car bearing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23110 of 2021(3) dt.25-01-2022 2/2 Registration No. BR01EX-2207. The petitioner is owner of the aforesaid car.

Considering the fact that illicit liquor has been recovered from a car owned by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
