We dispose off the writ petition with a direction that in case, the petitioner files a fresh representation before the respondent no. 1 i.e. the Chief General Manager, Local Head Officer, State Bank of India, Gandhi Maidan, Patna, within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.3745 of 2022(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 period of 02 weeks from today, the respondent no. 1 shall examine the same and find out as to how much amount is due.
