This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 65 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 414 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. The petitioner is a businessman and has a shop. One truck was found standing in front of the shop but there is no evidence to connect the petitioner with the ownership of the truck or the rice loaded in the said truck and there is no chance of his absconding.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.
