The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i. For issuance of writ / writs, order / orders to grant relief to the petitioner to set aside / quash the order passed by the respondent no.6 in proceeding no. ( वादसंखया407 (एम)/ 2022 dated 09.12.2022.

ii.

For commanding the respondents 1 to 7 as the petitioner has been denied natural justice by respondents and need for sustaining

For commanding the respondents to grant relief to the petitioner specially because she is old widow lady in deprived condition and in great need of social as well as economical survival for sustaining her life with all dignity."

Realizing the fact that the dispute in question is a private/family dispute with regard to the shop/land in question, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the learned Civil Court of competent jurisdiction and/or avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
