The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Panchrukhi (G. B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 231 of 2014 registered under Section- 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the first information report but his name surfaced in this case in confessional statement of coaccused, who was caught at the spot just after the alleged occurrence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Panchrukhi (G. B.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7284 of 2015 (4) dt.23-06-2015 2/2 Nagar) P.S. Case No. 231 of 2014 pending in the court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
