Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 registered under Sections- 409, 436, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty school politics. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
