====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Baniyapur PS Case No. 149 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 35 of the Arms Act.

The allegation in brief is that one country made pistol with three live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner is in custody since 17.6.2017 and may be permitted to file supplementary affidavit that he has two criminal antecedents, however it is mentioned in the bail application that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, though the impugned order discloses that he is accused in two other cases registered under Section 392 IPC and of Arms Act.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances and suppression regarding criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J.) U T
