Petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.438 of 2019 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The gist of the allegation is that 77.760 litres of liquor was recovered from the door of the petitioner, which was kept under the paddy straw. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has remained in jail for more than one month.
