2. The order dated 25.8.2023 passed in Land Dispute Redressal Case No. 29 of 2023-24 by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Mohaniya, Kaimur is under challenge by which the proceeding was closed after observing that the complex

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument submits that he will be pursuing his remedy by filing a civil suit.

4. Appreciating the stand taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to approach appropriate Forum/competent Civil Court.

5. In case, the petitioner approaches an appropriate Forum, the fact that the petitioner was pursuing remedy before writ court shall be taken into account while considering limitation petition.
