This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR relates to kidnapping of the daughter of the informant. The victim girl stated under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that co-accused Ram Chandra Sahni had forcibly got her married with co-accused Siyalal Sahni in a temple. The marriage certificate is also enclosed with the bail petition. Submission is that the victim has stated nothing against the petitioner and the matter appears to be of love affair.
