Mr. Surendra Prasad Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 13-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks. In the eventuality of nonremoval of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

This is the third attempt of the petitioner to approach before this Court for bail. Earlier, vide detailed order dated 18.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.23982 of 2019 and order dated 02.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26425 of 2020, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. Having learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the case record, I do not find any new ground in preferring the present application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12972 of 2022(4) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for bail is hereby once again rejected.

The learned Trial Court is directed to split up the trial of the petitioner.
