JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-06-2017 From perusal of the record it appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner has taken plea of juvenile about the petitioner and as such the learned court below vide impugned order has rejected the application of the petitioner with observation that he may move before the Juvenile Justice Board for assessment of age. However, in place of moving before the Juvenile Justice Board, the petitioner moved before this Court. In such view of the matter, let the petitioner move before the Juvenile Justice Board as observed by the Sessions Judge, Siwan.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
