Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Fourteen litres of liquor was, allegedly, recovered from the hut said to be of this petitioner.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on completion of three months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria/successor

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22214 of 2017 (2) dt.09-05-2017 2/2 Court in connection with Forbesganj Police Station Case No. 138 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
