Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This is an application for bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No. 183 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was arrested with stolen motorcycle on chase by the villagers. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody since 21.3.2017 barring 10 days during which he was on provisional bail.

Having heard both sides and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within nine months. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
