Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.535 of 2017, registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that petitioner along with others were apprehended and one country made loaded pistol and a master key were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for last six months and other similarly situated coaccused have been admitted to bail by coordinate Benches of this Court.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6966 of 2018(2) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 petitioner Rahul Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge-15-cum-A.C.J.M.-14, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.535 of 2017.
