The petitioner is accused in connection with Sahiyara P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 registered under sections 304(B), 201/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Sub-Judge-V, Sitamarhi.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2019. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner, as a result of which, the deceased died at her matrimonial house. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail.
