JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 66839 of 2018 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now charge in this case has been framed and petitioner is in custody since 12.7.2018 and he is ready to abide by the condition that may be imposed on him if bail is granted. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-XIV, Saran at Chapra, in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16069 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 with Trial No. 997 of 2018, arising out of Garakha P.S.Case No. 250 of 2018, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear in court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
