Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
42 liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2017 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on completion of three months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22071 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2017 learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Aurangabad/Successor Court, in connection with Excise Case No.36 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
