JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 08-06-2020 Heard the parties through the virtual court proceeding. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No.50 of 2019 arising out of Mohania P.S. Case No. 391 of 2019, Gr. No.1905 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

By order dated 29.01.2020, this Court has directed the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge has been framed by Annexure-5 of the bail application. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail
