The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagalpur G.R.P.S. P.S. Case No. 17/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) and 38 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Some bottles of Indian made foreign liquor and 200 pouches each containing 200 ml. of country mad liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioner, for that the petitioner is in jail since 29.01.2017. The petitioner is in jail for three and half months for the recovery of about 50 litres of country-made and Indian made foreign liquor.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22233 of 2017 (2) dt.16-05-2017 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur G.R.P.S. P.S. Case No. 17/2017.
