Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim died three days after the alleged occurrence. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case which appears from the case diary which has been called for. Other witnesses have stated the complicity of the petitioner. The inquest as well as post mortem report shows death due to burn injuries.
In view of the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Prayer is rejected.
