The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that four unknown miscreants on the gun point looted away Rs.4000/- cash, one silver chain and the motorcycle with its key from the informant and also looted bag containing clothes, Rs.5000/- cash, ATM card, adhar card etc. from Kumod Sah.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 1.8.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The

There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr.Misc.No.12121 of 2020. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Kumadkhand P.S. case No.133 of 2019.
