2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for issuance of writ/ writs certiorari or appropriate in nature of directing and commanding to the respondents for measurement of the land bearing Khata No. 255 and 206

Patna High Court CWJC No.20058 of 2016(2) dt.25-08-2025 2/2 Khesara no. 2482 and 2483 area 19 decimal situated at village- Misi, P.S-Bakhtiyarpur, District Patna for which the circle officer Bakhtiyarpur, District-Patna has earlier directed on 08.02.2013 to deposit measurement fee Rs.1,000/- in measurement case no. 25/2012-13 and the petitioner has deposited rupees one thousand on 20.05.2013 in Anchal Nazarat, Anchal Bakhtiyarpur, District- Patna but ignoring this fact till the date the measurement of the said land has not been done by the respondents."

3. The petitioner as also the State both concede that the grievance has been redressed.

4. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of treating it to infructuous.
