====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner was supplied 7673.80 quintals of paddy when he was required to supply 5141.45 quintals of processed rice but the petitioner supplied only 1342 quintals of processed rice and 3799.45 quintals of processed rice worth Rs. 94,17,164/- were not supplied.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to deposit 20% of total cost of non-supplied quantity of processed rice at the prescribed rate of the BSFC within a period of three months.
Considering the present stand of the petitioner, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11348 of 2015 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2/2 above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Till deposit of the aforesaid amount the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted provisionally. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
