The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.331 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a & 26 of the Arms Act. 3.

One country made pistol and two live cartridges are alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in five more criminal cases. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2023. He is suffering from AIDS.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is suffering from AIDS, this application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18209 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kaimur at Bhabhua/concerned Court, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.331 of 2023.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Ramgarh Police Station, District- Kaimur at Bhabhua on every Sunday of the month.
