This is an application for regular bail in connection with Tandwa P. S. Case No. 63 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 467, 468, 469, 471, 420, 120B, 121A and 124A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 CLA Act.

An information was received by informant, who is a police officer, that a criminal namely Firoz Khan was seen moving around Tandwa Market. He went there and apprehended him and from his possession some photographs. Mobile and sim cards were recovered. It is alleged that said sim cards were used in the activities of extremist outfit. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. His name

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15155 of 2018 (3) dt.10-04-2018 2/2 has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused. He has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 8.11.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad, in connection with Tandwa P. S. Case No. 63 of 2013.
