The petitioner seeks bail in Barbigha P.S. Case No. 45 of 2013, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of this petitioner transpired in this case during course of investigation. Only evidence against this petitioner is that location of mobile of petitioner was found near the place of occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2022 having clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
