The petitioners are in custody since 23.01.2018 in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 322 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/337/ 302/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no specific overtact has been attributed to the present petitioners and the occurrence took place on account of certain trifle issue. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons who were alleged to be present at the place of occurrence have since been granted the privilege of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 21753 of 2018 vide order dated 13.04.2018.
In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.25132 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 circumstances and also because the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 322 of 2017. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
