Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed representation before the respondent no.4 but till date no order has been passed by him. 3.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation along with a copy of this order before the respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks and the respondent no.4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the representation of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance

Patna High Court CWJC No.3480 of 2025(2) dt.04-03-2025 2/2 with law within one month from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner and also pay the claim/admitted dues of the petitioner, if any.

It is made clear that respondent no.4 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
