JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/354/504/448/436 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusations are of assaulting the informant and her daughter-in-law and putting her house in fire. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that specific accusation of putting the house of the informant on fire is against this petitioner and one Amar Kishore Singh. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute, moreover, the informant has retracted from initial allegation and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12743 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No.451 of 2014, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
