The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 302, 201, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.
It is alleged that the daughter of the complainant is said to have been committed murder by the accused persons including the petitioner due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is sister-in-law of the deceased. She is in custody since 16.03.2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner was separate in mess and property from
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24582 of 2017 (2) dt.30-05-2017 2/2 the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. There is no specific allegation made against the petitioner rather general and omnibus in nature.
On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 284 of 2015.
