Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/324/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three person allegedly assaulted to the husband of the informant, as a result whereof, he died on the way to the hospital. The Doctor has found a lacerated wound on the right parietal region and superficial abrasion at the left side of forehead.

Submission is that in fact the injury and death was due to fall, it is difficult to attribute as to which of three accused had caused single firearm injury to the deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2018.

No.12357 of 2019(4) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Khaira Police Station Case No.303 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
