In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in Rajoun P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation, about 7 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in judicial custody since 03.01.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his personal bond due to the circumstance of total lock down on account of pandemic Covid-19 to the satisfaction of

Case No. 06 of 2020 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
