Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 379, 215/34 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that on 22.03.2014 two she buffalo of the informant were stolen. Subsequently the informant came to know that theft was committed by the accused persons. The informant contacted the accused persons then they demanded Rs. 30,000/- when subsequently Rs. 10,000/- was paid but neither she buffalo was given nor money was returned.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15946 of 2015 (2) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no proof with regard to payment and only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. Moreover co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 37227 of 2014.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
