The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 188 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 380 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Complainant is uncle of the petitioner no.1.

It is submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties. One partition suit no. 287 of 2018 is pending. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

No.13217 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 188 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
