Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457,380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2017. Petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Investigation is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12390 of 2018 (2) dt.05-03-2018 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bhargama Police Station Case No.129 of 2017( G.R.No.2151 of 2017), subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
