Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457,380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2017. Petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession. Investigation is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two
