Counsel for the State and Mr. Sanjay Kumar representing the Cooperative Bank are present and raise preliminary objection as to the maintainability of the writ petition.

The petitioner raises objections as regarding non-settling of his account by the respondent Bank.

The petitioner apparently without exhausting the statutory remedy available to him under the Cooperative Societies Act and the Rules framed thereunder, has approached this Court. In the circumstances and without entering into the merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner, if so advised, to exhaust the statutory remedy available to him under law for redressal of his grievance.
