JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for directing the respondent-State authorities not to construct building of Anganbari Kendra on Centre No. 96 and Centre No. 156 situated at village-Tikarampur (Biharimal Tola), BlockMunger Sadar, District-Munger, however, the respondents-State has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that two gift deeds were executed by Maheshwar Yadav and Suresh Yadav, however, some mistake had taken place in mentioning

Patna High Court CWJC No.3090 of 2015(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 the boundary of the plots and the same was corrected by means of rectification deeds, which have also been registered, whereafter the plots in question were identified and the buildings of the said two centres have been constructed on the gifted lands, hence the claim of the petitioners is baseless and unfounded.
