The Petitioner seeks bail in Basantpur P.S. Case No. 269 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per written report, tractor of the informant was stolen by some unknown person.

It has been mentioned in the impugned order itself that the alleged tractor has been recovered from co-accused Ajay Paswan.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that co-accused Ranjeet Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 16980 of 2017 on 27.04.2017.

Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 269 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
