2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 447, 467, 468, 471, 485, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, because of the land dispute between the parties, the petitioner is said to have threatened the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and the occurrence took place on 31.12.2021 but the FIR has been registered on 4.3.2022 after a delay of more than two months. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 3.11.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2022.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Gopalpur(Rangra) Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
