The writ application was preferred for a direction upon the respondent Deputy Collector, Land Reforms to dispose of the Land Dispute Case No. 26 of 2013 expeditiously. The counsel for the State, on the basis of the averments made in the counter affidavit, particularly the order contained in Annexure-A, has submitted that the writ application has become infructuous as the Land Dispute Case No. 26 of 2013 has already been disposed of.

In view of aforesaid, the writ application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
