This application has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 04.02.2013 passed in Title Suit No. 413 of 1996, whereby the learned Sub-Judge-VI, Patna allowed the petition of the respondent No.1 filed under Order I, Rule 10 to implead him as defendant.

On going through the impugned order, I find no
